Hong works as a data scientist at both MAQ and ESC groups in WUR. Her responsibilities include archiving, processing and managing data from (1) MAQ Operational sites in Veenkampen, Loobos and Amsterdam sites, (2) over 20 EC site and airplane flux measurements from the ESC group, and (3) various modelling datasets. Additionally, she assists with fieldwork including instrument installation and site maintenance.

Hong is currently a member of the Ruisdael data catalog core team (since November 2024).
