Marc is a researcher and teacher in the field of precipitation sciences. He specializes in in-situ and remote-sensing measurements of precipitation using rain gauges, disdrometers and weather radar. He is interested in rainfall and cloud microphysics, space-time variability of rain, extreme rain, and nowcasting.
